A utilities client is looking to hire an Oracle Support Analyst for a full time role in New York City. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suites (EBS) for Finance and Supply Chain functions.
They support various modules including Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Sourcing, Item Master, Supplier Master, iProcurement, Payables, Inventory, Order Management, and User Provisioning. Working with Oracle, consultants, and internal staff, they implement system patches and scripts, execute test scripts, and review results before production deployment.
The role involves liaising between business users, the Oracle Support Team, and Information Resources to address system issues and change requests. Additionally, they prepare functional design documents for EBS Supply Chain modifications and enhancements.

– Bachelor’s degree
– Demonstrated experience providing technical support across the Oracle suite
– Hands on experience supporting the integration of Oracle programs
– Strong communication skills, as you will be training various stakeholders on how to use new programs/functions within Oracle
